Person Fired At Child For Halloween Goodie Bag Arrested

Police said a man has been arrested on charges of firing a gun at the head of a 6-year-old child, Who accidentally left a bag of Halloween candy at his door.

The incident was immediately reported to the Nassau County Police Department and 43-year-old suspect Michael Yifan Wayne was arrested without incident and threatened with second grade And accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
