Steve Sadow, Trump’s chief attorney for Georgia, used Ellis’s request to question the legitimacy of the racketeering allegations that Fani Willis, Fani County district attorney for Fulton, filed against all 19 defendants.
“Fans of Willis and her prosecution team dismissed RICO charges in exchange for admitting suspension” – said. “This shows that the so-called RICO case is nothing more than a bargaining chip for DA Willis”.
